I was with Cyberwize for 3 years and a long three years at that! I am with 360 because I use the products. I am disappointed with this new deal livesmart360. The OAP program is criminal at bare minimum and just may need a federal or consumer protection agency to step in and well, rip corporate a 360 new one! Here's why: To be a member buying the smart system at 14.99/mo is required per customer service today even if you don't want it. Once you buy this system you are not able to cancel, their online store does not allow you to. So, you are stuck, no refunds period. Sign up for an OAP program the same applies only these programs don't allow you to choose the products and they are quite pricey. They choose the products for you. Even worse, try to get a refund. You basically have to threaten somebody just to get their attention. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. The cyberwize website disappeared before you had a chance to document the amount of bv that was left over, the bv didn't reappear for weeks on their new site, and then you are short a few thousand or so. When asking for the co to return it it is at their discretion as to whether or not they want to give it back. Hey! Didn't we earn the right to keep bv by buying a monthly autoship? And folks, just so you now, Mark Mc Cool had the weak side of the bv to flush. Gee, was that so they didn't have to pay out commissions or was it to just p***off some people who just won't take their crapola anymore. And speaking of commissions, why haven't we received that cool debit card they use to pay out with? Guess they got lost or delayed being shipped because they are grossly understaffed.Try sitting on the phone for 30 minutes just to straighten out the multitude of errors they have made and then wait a month just to get your order. By the time you get it your creditcard is being billed for the next shipment which will be sent out by camel or snail delivery. Doesn't it seem odd that all the BIG checks were earned by all smartline people? Take note not one Cyberwize member received a half a red cent. In fact, the top earner the Williams' in Kentucky just so happen to be Mike Patillo's in-laws. Gosh! How did ya manage to pull that one off Mike? It just so happens that I am Cyberwize and I didn't see one single bv during this sign up of 160,000 new ding-dongs that were in this major rush to lock your spot and spend their hard earned cash. Yet, everybody is required to buy, buy, buy when they sign up. Then there are the claims that their products create miracles, according to one world re-nowned ND who'll dope ya up on supps that are completely unnecessary and zero out your checkbook balance to boot. Never mind the fact that she will take a testimony and twist it around to create her own income at the sheer graciousness of an unsuspecting customer who gets nothing in return. Sounds like an FDA complaint is in order. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I guess a good old-fashioned 360 degree complaint is in order. I feel very cheated and stupid because I put faith into a guote "ground floor company" that is so complicated to understand the comp. plan. After doing business with the McCools for years I hope new individuals to this company do your homework and please do not put your families financial future in jeopardy. I love this industry and have made a career out of it but it saddens my heart when people are duped and hurt with companies such as this.
