MLM Zing by Andrew Murray and Marie Torres – In Depth Review
ByMLM Zing is a new internet marketing/mlm product by Andrew Murray and Marie Torres. I’ll be breaking down this product piece by piece so you’ll know what you’re getting and my opinions on each module.
First, let me just say – if you don’t already know me – I’m Adam Holland and I’ve been working full time from home for the past 2 years. I’ve created 2 separate businesses online: my affiliate marketing business, and my direct sales/mlm business. BOTH of these full time incomes are as a direct result of learning MARKETING. And THAT is what Andrew and Marie focus on in this training.
Understand that when you learn how to market, it almost doesn’t matter what business you’re in. Why? Because every business requires new leads and prospects to survive. And when you can command a flood of new visitors to your website (and thus more leads) you can grow virtually ANY business.
With that in mind, here’s what’s included in MLM Zing:
- Your Lead Funnel
- Keyword Research
- SEO
- PPC
- Video Marketing
- Article Marketing
- Press Releases/Special Reports
- Social Media
- Advanced Link Building
Now, understand that you can literally take any one of these forms of marketing and grow a 6 figure business if done right and done on a large scale.
For instance, I create most of my traffic through SEO (blogs, articles, etc.). I MASTERED it and now even have several outsourced-workers working for me right now. I could do this because I learned it down to a SCIENCE.
Then there’s Jonathan Budd and Mark Hoverson – both of these guys primarily built their 7 figure business on PPC and video.
My point: there’s a freakin’ TON of info in MLM Zing, and you do NOT want to take it lightly – OR get overwhelmed trying to learn it all at once. So read through the rest of this review, module by module, and decide what 1-2 forms of marketing you will focus on.
Your Lead Funnel – this is mandatory. No funnel, no money. Pretty simple. Without a sales process in place, you’re just guessing. You “hope” to get people to your website and “hope” that someone eventually buys. That just doesn’t cut it. This first module shows you how to set this up and how to make it as effective as possible.
Keyword Research – this is the difference between getting NO traffic and getting THOUSANDS of targeted visitors to your site. In this module MLM Zing goes over how to properly use different tools to find keywords that are getting a good amount of searches, but aren’t so competitive that you can’t get the traffic from them. One of the tools that I use to do this is Micro Niche Finder, although most of their trainings involve another program called Market Samurai.
SEO – this module goes over search engine optimization. This is basically the process of getting your content to the top of the search engines for the purpose of creating traffic to your website. This module, in my opinion, is a great crash course on SEO but to fully understand every aspect of it I suggest getting SEO Networker. If the $1300 for that program is out of your reach, stick w/ this training.
PPC – great module on pay-per-click advertising. Now, of course I’ve bought PPC courses from $500 and up – and they’ve got some crazy tactics, but this program is MORE than enough to get a PPC campaign up and running for a newbie. It talks about everything from analyzing competition to the difference between the search/content network, and a bunch more. It does touch on some advanced and intermediate techniques, but mostly this is a “cliff’s notes” to PPC.
Video Marketing – again, some basic strategies as well as some new ones that I didn’t even know about.
Article Marketing – GREAT module. I personally love article marketing. When I first started online I was recently unemployed and I had all the time in the world to market my business, I just had NO BUDGET. So I took to article marketing. The cool thing about this is you can learn the stuff in this module and apply it on basically no budget, and then use some of their other paid methods to help turn your article marketing in to overdrive.
PR/reports – great stuff, I’ve just don’t personally think that you can build a business on Press Releases. It’s great to get a wave of traffic at one time, but I prefer to build my business on more long-term strategies.
Social Media – this is just one of those strategies that I don’t use, and that’s probably a BAD idea. I’ve got a maxed out Facebook friends list and a Twitter following of 2800 people. And I’m sure I’ve made some money from my Facebook list, but social media in general isn’t something I’ve spent a bunch of time on. There’s some great tactics in this module, so if you do want to build your list quickly and for dirt-cheap, social media may be the way to go.
Link Building – between this and SEO, I’ve been able to get a crazy amount of traffic across several niches. And when I browsed through this module, I’ve got to admit I was pretty p*ssed off. Why? Well, because Andrew and Marie are giving away some secrets in this module that I only shared with people on my business team. THAT is how powerful this module is when used with SEO, articles, and other forms of content.
MY REVIEW ON THE ENTIRE PROGRAM AS A WHOLE:
All of these tactics are very relevant to today’s internet marketing world. This is the perfect introduction to internet marketing for mlmers because it gives a great overview of all of these strategies – from understanding the basic terms, to how to use research tools, and the thought-process behind everything.
The only drawback that I see is a lack of case studies and VERY specific examples.
What I mean by this is it’s one thing to tell someone to write an article and even give them some examples of titles. But show people from start-to-finish how you go from keyword research, to using those keywords in an article, to increasing your CTR on your author bio box… A to Z.
Just simply mentioning something doesn’t mean that the viewer will know what you’re talking about. So this high level of depth is missing from this course. But this is why it’s also dirt cheap for an internet marketing course as in depth as it is. I know that sounds contradictory, but let me explain.
I’ve purchased thousands of dollars in courses that go through this same information. Problem is, I spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to learn this same information! For a measly $297 (less than the cost a 1 credit hour at any of the 6 colleges in my area) you can get your hands on a TON of info to get your online mlm business off the ground.
As you start to learn these forms of marketing, you’ll start to gravitate to one or 2 strategies that you prefer. Then you can branch out to other more expensive courses that teach you even MORE about those strategies.
Don’t get me wrong though – there IS a bunch of stuff in this course that is intermediate. And this course DOES include everything that you’ll need to go from zero to 6 figures in my opinion. But as you focus on these different areas you’ll understand how you want to “fill in the gaps” in the “cliffs notes” that is this course.
I give MLM Zing an 8/10 and a MUST BUY if you’re a total newbie to internet marketing.
