IBO Webspace for BWW Amway- a ferrari trying to run on regular unleaded fuel…
ByI just got word of a new “system” developed by the Amway team Britt Worldwide (BWW). It’s called IBO Webspace. It allows Amway/Quixtar IBOs to use a website with video to show the plan, follow up, and get other reps started in their downline.
All I have to say is, “Wow. And you think this is innovative?”
Other companies have been using this technology for around a decade… which is one of the many reasons why Amway’s volume has been stagnant for the last 5 years or so and relatively new companies are able to match and surpass their annual revenue so quickly.
Without going in to a huge debate (because, honestly, I love the products and the people) we need to take a look at one important fact: Amway does NOT allow the marketing/advertising of their opportunity.
This makes the new IBO Webspace a ‘ferrari trying to run on regular unleaded fuel’…
The system looks GREAT graphically… people don’t have to ’show the plan’ and they can use technology to automate some of the “grunt work” of building a mlm company.
But if Amway aloud their reps to actually do online mlm lead generation, you would see an IMMENSE change in their sponsoring… If anything they’d have a 3-5% growth year instead of ZERO…
Now, if you’re ready to learn about how to automate 95% of your mlm business so you can MULTIPLY your income, check out: Explode-My-Business.com.

If you think that is backwards, you should see some of the WWDB folks who still call in and pick up products.

haha. I’d believe it. I just wish Amway would let their IBOs MARKET their opportunity. I know DOZENS of people in the company that are great leaders, people of integrity and character, etc… Doesn’t it make sense that they should be able to take advantage of the Internet like most other MLM companies out there that let their reps advertise?

The webspace is a great feature for sure. I don’t know where you got your growth numbers or other companines surpassing annual revenue information.

I been planning on using the Webspace as marketing tool. I was looking to recruit sale rep for the my business and only going after the niches that fit my business goals. Amway is known by whole world for its products and problems. I believe that BWW has the some good and bad problems. I truly believe you feel the some why about the company before you lift for your good reason. Am I looking for someone like you help me nav through this big cloud. Where’s my upline? In 1965 with the same old school teaching.
And HELP! I am not here to put you on my team. I’m only looking for help.
Thank You for the post.

Hahaha. I like this article. Yes, you’re right Adam H. I’m in Amway but I’m way ahead of many, many IBOs in Amway. Oh wait, they now call us ABO’s LOL.
Got to laugh mate, they dinasours in Amway, who think they know about marketing and use old school bs, and big talk on stage, when they now jack about marketing.
I love the prods and people but their last people in upline and company I’m going to take advise from. Which is why I started generating my own leads for Amway business,
But you do got to laugh. 50 years and Amway still haven’t woke up. Jeesh.
I don’t know why ABO’s waiting for Amway or upline. It’s your business people. Your business.
Stuff them. Learn to generate your own leads and kick butt in Amway. It’s not like you’re telling people online your “Amway!” because your marketing yourself.
Great article though. Makes you wonder eh Adam. 50 years and Amway pratting about as if they revolutionary hahaha.

Hey Adam! Good to see you on here bro! Usually we’re doing these chats on BetterNetworker, haha.
Yea, you gotta be careful though. Ferny and Ray got “spanked” by Amway when they found out they were using the net to build their business. Hence why they’re w/ CCPro now (and I’m w/ GRN).
Amway’s still a HUGE company though (worldwide), but it’s been tough in the US for many reasons – not just their inability to change with the times.
All the best,
Adam Holland
